This role contributes to accurate and compliant payroll operations impacting employees across the United States. It plays a key role in ensuring timely salary payments, regulatory adherence, and financial accuracy. The position partners with cross-functional teams to maintain payroll integrity and support audit readiness.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle runs
  • Validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, master data changes, pay adjustments, benefits, RSU/ESP, and deductions
  • Ensure accurate payroll funding and timely disbursement of salaries
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal systems including ADP, Workday, and Oracle
  • Ensure compliance with US payroll tax regulations and review tax calculations
  • Perform payroll accounting activities including journal entries, GL mapping, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Conduct payroll variance analysis and maintain audit documentation to support compliance and reporting

The Must Haves

  • Education: CA Intermediate (CA Inter), B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience within a multinational environment
  • Utilization of ERP systems, payroll software, and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Application of payroll processes, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and general ledger processes

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes
  • Experience with global payroll systems
  • Experience in a multi-state payroll environment
  • Experience in payroll tax filings
