We're looking for Senior Associates.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Relevant post-qualification experience as indicated above, preferably from consulting firms or industry roles with exposure to the chemicals and materials sector.
• Strong expertise in driving operational excellence, industrial transformation and profitability improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, digital technology adoption and process excellence in manufacturing settings.
• Proven capability to design and implement end-to-end manufacturing transformations, including shop-floor improvements and supply chain integration.
• Experience in leading workshops and on-ground implementation initiatives focused on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), waste reduction and asset reliability.
• Deep manufacturing domain knowledge across industrial chemicals, petrochemicals, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and polymers.

What are we looking for

3-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations solution implementation especially in Chemicals sector.

Qualification - B.Tech / MBA
