Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting.
712 years of overall experience in HRIS or related domains
Working knowledge of JIRA and Service Now and the ability to work in an agile set up
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules.
Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Workday Security Model.
Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into business insights.
Experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
Ability to approach reporting holistically across multiple systems
Effective results driven communicator, verbal and written
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and persuasive communication.
Adept at influencing and managing stakeholder relationships
Preferred Skills and Certifications
Workday Pro Certification (Reporting, HCM, or other relevant modules)
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or frameworks
