Roles & Responsiblities:
- Handle day-to-day FFD activities in line with Airlines and Industry procedures and as per the agreed SLA
- Proficient in ATPCO and its products like Public/Pvt filings,CAT25, Optional services, YQ-YQ, Add on's etc.
- Well versed with World geography and ATPCO terminology
- Strong GDS knowledge like in Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo/Worldspan/Apollo etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving capabilties.
- Effective oral/written communication with client and internal stakeholders
- Strong in documentation and its maintenance
- Proficiency in MS office application
- Prioritizing the work allocation according to SLA requirements
- Share all the updates in briefing, discuss the challenges on process improvement
- Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimum supervision in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to meet deadlines, providing accurate and thorough results
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
- Good time management and organization skills
- Readiness for 24*7 shifts and rotational WO's.
