As an Enterprise App Developer, your role involves designing and implementing enterprise-level applications in close collaboration with teams to translate business requirements into software solutions. You will focus on optimizing performance, prioritizing security, and staying up-to-date with technological advancements to ensure our organization's digital needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Senior Developer Workday
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM, including organizations, supervisory structures, job architecture, positions, and worker lifecycle events.
- Support hires, job changes, transfers, terminations, and data corrections
- Maintain business processes, validations, and condition rules
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness
- Configure and support annual and off-cycle compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity, promotions, adjustments)
- Maintain compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and approval workflows
- Partner with Total Rewards on pay-for-performance, market equity, and retention initiatives
- Support compensation modeling, forecasting, and spend analysis
- Deliver compensation reporting and audit support
- Configure and support Performance Reviews, Goal Management, and Talent programs
- Enable calibration sessions, succession planning, and talent visibility
- Support leadership pipeline and performance distribution analysis
- Partner with HR and Talent teams to improve adoption and user experience
- Support reporting on performance outcomes and talent readiness
- Support Workday Payroll configuration and ongoing operations (earnings, deductions, taxes, retro, off-cycle runs)
- Assist with payroll testing, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Support payroll-related integrations and vendor coordination
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and business process security policies
- Support role-based access control and segregation of duties
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to manage sensitive data access (compensation, payroll, performance)
- Support security audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot security-related issues and access requests
Qualifications And Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 58 years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules
- Strong experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation
- Working knowledge of Talent & Performance and Workday Payroll
- Experience configuring Workday Security roles and business process security
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams
