Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate - HR Shared Services, you will be a key part of our HR operations, managing core processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll ensure a smooth experience for employees and internal stakeholders by handling data accuracy, policy adherence, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Process Management

  • Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
  • Support internal and external audits and reporting requirements.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires including documentation and systems access.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
  • Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, return of assets, final settlements, and benefits processing.

Employee Relations & HR Support

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and support employee engagement.
  • Contribute to initiatives around employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR processes comply with legal standards and internal policies.
  • Stay current with labor laws, industry trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and improve operations.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement HR best practices.
  • Assist in deploying HR technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and other departments for seamless HR operations.
  • Support broader HR initiatives such as performance reviews, development programs, and training.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in HR operations or administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role with hybrid work flexibility, based on company policy.
  • Early EST U.S. shift support required.
