Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate - HR Shared Services, you will be a key part of our HR operations, managing core processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll ensure a smooth experience for employees and internal stakeholders by handling data accuracy, policy adherence, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Management
- Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Assist with payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Support internal and external audits and reporting requirements.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires including documentation and systems access.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, return of assets, final settlements, and benefits processing.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and support employee engagement.
- Contribute to initiatives around employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR processes comply with legal standards and internal policies.
- Stay current with labor laws, industry trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and improve operations.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement HR best practices.
- Assist in deploying HR technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and other departments for seamless HR operations.
- Support broader HR initiatives such as performance reviews, development programs, and training.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in HR operations or administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
