About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – UG Premium Counseling who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, personalized counselling services to undergraduate aspirants targeting top global universities. This is a client-facing, outcome-driven role requiring deep expertise in undergraduate admissions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle high-value student portfolios

The charter for this role will include:

  • Own end-to-end premium counselling for undergraduate students aspiring to study abroad (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and craft personalized admissions strategies
  • Guide students on:

Academic and extracurricular profile building

College shortlisting and application strategy

Essays, SOPs, LORs, and application narratives

  • Drive admissions outcomes by ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic rigor
  • Manage a portfolio of high-intent, premium clients with strong service ownership
  • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, ops, content, product) to improve counselling experience
  • Stay updated on global admissions trends, policies, and university requirements

Ideal Persona:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in undergraduate admissions counselling, preferably in premium/Ivy League-focused markets
  • Strong understanding of global UG admissions ecosystems
  • Proven success in handling high-value students and complex profiles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently with high ownership and accountability
  • Exposure to process design, tools, or tech-enabled counselling platforms is a plus
  • Background in premium education consulting firms or international education startups
