Hiring: EHS Technology Implementation Consultant
(Customer Success – Onboarding & Implementation)
Experience: 2–4 Years | Safety / EHS / Sustainability background
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
Safety professional looking to scale your impact beyond one site
If you've worked in a plant, construction site, manufacturing facility, logistics hub, or industrial environment—and you've handled audits, incidents, PTW, CAPA, and compliance documentation—you already understand what breaks on the ground.
Now use that knowledge to help multiple organisations implement structured EHS workflows through software.
This is not a sales role
This is an implementation + consulting role. Success is measured by onboarding quality, go-live outcomes, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
About OQSHA
OQSHA is a modern EHS & Operational Risk SaaS platform trusted by enterprises across manufacturing, construction, logistics, oil & gas and more.
We support teams with workflows like incident reporting, audits, permit-to-work, risk assessments, corrective action tracking, and sustainability-related processes.
What you will do1) Onboarding ownership (EHS-first implementation)
- Lead end-to-end onboarding: kickoff → discovery → configuration → training → go-live
- Run structured discovery workshops with EHS/Ops/site stakeholders to map real workflows
- Translate safety processes into structured digital workflows (modules, forms, approvals, escalations)
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and weekly progress tracking across 2–4 accounts
2) Platform configuration (workflows, roles, evidence)
- Configure modules such as incidents, audits, PTW, risk registers, CAPA/corrective actions
- Set up roles, permissions, hierarchies, workflows, notifications, and escalation rules
- Support data setup/migration (users, sites, templates, basic historical data)
- Validate configurations end-to-end before go-live and ensure audit-ready evidence flow
3) Training, enablement, and adoption
- Deliver role-based training for admins, supervisors, and end users
- Create clear SOPs and quick reference guides aligned to the customer's process
- Run train-the-trainer sessions for larger teams
- Drive adoption in the first 30/60/90 days with structured check-ins and usage reviews
4) Go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate go-live and provide post-launch hypercare support
- Capture user friction points and translate them into actionable product feedback
- Work with internal teams to improve onboarding playbooks and implementation quality
How success is measured
- On-time go-live (as per agreed plan)
- 30/60/90-day adoption (module usage + completion of critical workflows)
- Customer satisfaction at onboarding close
- Quality of documentation, training outcomes, and audit readiness of workflows
Who should apply
You should apply if you have 2–4 years experience as Safety Officer / EHS Executive / HSE Engineer / Sustainability Executive (or similar), with hands-on exposure to audits, incidents, PTW, risk assessments, CAPA, and compliance documentation—and you can confidently communicate, document, and train teams.
Nice to have

- OR NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting or implementing any EHS software
- Training experience for site teams
