Senior Associate - Trade

Key Deliverables

• Manage market making, trade operations, and corporate actions including listings and delistings across trading products
• Monitor real-time exchange trades, order books, spreads, market depth, and exposure losses, and develop related SOPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party exchanges to build dashboards, define SLAs, and resolve trade escalations
• Oversee client account management (freeze/unfreeze), fund management, and process improvements for optimized trading experience

Role Responsibilities

• Lead a team managing end-to-end trade operations within the fintech/broking space
• Analyze trading data and market activity to ensure smooth, risk-mitigated exchange functioning
• Drive process enhancements aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain compliance with policies and agreements
