Designation: Senior Associate – Marketplaces

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Today, we are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others. We create products inspired by pop culture superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends. Alongside our core men's and women's apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks. While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 80+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway. Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Associate to scale our marketplace presence and drive revenue expansion. In this role, you will own the end-to end management of performance marketing across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Ad Management

Paid Media Execution: Own the strategy, execution, and daily optimization of paid campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra to maximize ROAS and efficiency.

Budget & Scaling: Strategically allocate and manage daily/monthly ad budgets across platforms, balancing aggressive revenue growth with target efficiency metrics (ACOS / TACOS).

Automation & Efficiency: Utilize bulk uploading workflows, automated bidding rules, and scripts to manage large-scale campaigns seamlessly.

Advanced Amazon Advertising: Leverage advanced tools including Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for deep audience insights and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) for programmatic display/video targeting.

2. Conversion Rate Optimization & Organic Growth

Funnel Optimization: Drive organic revenue growth by systematically analyzing and improving Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR) across all product detail pages.

Visual & Content Enhancements: Collaborate with creative teams to optimize product mockups, hero imagery, secondary lifestyle images, A+ Content (EBC), and video assets.

Catalog Architecture: Strategically manage product variations, bundling, and parent-child groupings to maximize discoverability and cross-selling opportunities.

Marketplace SEO: Optimize product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and descriptions to rank higher on platform-specific algorithms.

3. Catalog Hygiene & Account Health

Listing Health & Compliance: Proactively identify and resolve suppressed listings, policy violations, buy -box availability or catalog errors by coordinating with marketplace support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.

Technical Chops: Deep familiarity with bulk files, Amazon DSP, and AMC. Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.

Platform Knowledge: Mastery of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal (PP).

Mindset: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of turning raw marketplace data into actionable growth strategies
