The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-oriented Senior Associate to support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities across global health markets. This role sits at the intersection of project management, donor engagement, strategic partnerships, proposal development, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with governments, implementing partners, donors, and internal teams to help translate opportunities into funded initiatives and successful programs.This is not a traditional business development role. Success in this position requires someone who can independently drive work streams forward, create structure in ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure that critical opportunities and projects move from concept to execution.

What You'll Own & Drive

Strategic Initiatives & Project Management

• Manage strategic projects and partnership initiatives involving governments, donors, implementation partners, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain workplans, timelines, trackers, action logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early and proactively drive resolution.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders and ensure commitments are delivered on time.

Partnerships & Growth

• Support identification, assessment, and cultivation of strategic partnerships with governments, donors, implementing partners, and global health organizations.
• Conduct funder mapping, landscape analyses, and stakeholder research to identify new partnership and funding opportunities.
• Support leadership in preparing for donor and partner engagements through research, briefing notes, opportunity assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Track partnership opportunities from initial engagement through proposal submission and project launch.

Proposal Development & Donor Engagement

• Draft concept notes, proposals, presentations, donor briefs, and partnership materials.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
• Translate technical and product-related information into compelling narratives tailored to donor priorities.
• Support fundraising and business development efforts by identifying opportunities aligned with Qure's strategic priorities.

Research & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct donor intelligence gathering, market assessments, and strategic research.
• Develop briefing materials and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, proposal development, and project management activities.

Illustrative Examples of Work

• Managing an AI-powered public health initiative with Ministries of Health and implementation partners, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time.
• Developing a concept note and coordinating technical inputs for a donor-funded proposal with a strategic implementation partner.
• Conducting funder mapping and preparing strategic recommendations ahead of donor engagement meetings.
• Preparing leadership teams for high-stakes donor and partner discussions through research, briefing materials, and opportunity assessments.
• Coordinating across product, clinical, implementation, and leadership teams to obtain critical inputs required for proposals and external engagements.
• Identifying and resolving internal bottlenecks that could delay strategic opportunities or project deliverables.

Core Skills Required

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, project management, business development, global health, international development, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written communication skills with experience drafting proposals, reports, concept notes, or strategic documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in global health, digital health, public health, technology, or international development is preferred.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools for research, writing, and project management.
