Key Deliverables:

  • Drive strategic planning, performance tracking, and review systems in the Middle Mile logistics function
  • Lead cost-reduction and performance-improvement initiatives across the logistics value chain
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and vendors to optimize fulfillment and 3PL logistics processes
  • Solve critical 0–1 business problems and scale solutions for 10X impact

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the GM to design and enhance operational systems and frameworks
  • Prioritize key logistics challenges and lead cross-functional execution
