Working in shift and to ensure the optimum utilization of Men & Machine capacity. Ensure highest level of Quality & Productivity, Delivery Performance.
Co-ordinate with Process expert for the production planning, weekly schedules, cross functional communication for maintenance and other function for marinating the smooth plant operation.
Manage resources include contractors for no safety incident and production as per plan and update and reporting the Production in SAP and related reporting software.
Implement the good knowledge about Plastic processing, Extrusion Process in shop floor for 5S and Visual management.

Major Roles & Responsibilities
1 Achieve the agreed targets on Production, Quality, Productivity and Lead times (Throughput times) with Manager.
- Monitor daily production of operators & reporting system (Technologists).
- Work towards improvements in the methods related to production and in process inspection in line with the department's quality system with the objective of improvements in quality and productivity.
- Assist in training of operation and maintenance of machines.
- Work with process expert for plant and process improvements by providing different suggestions, Lean Project, 5S and Visual improvement.
- Ensure conformance to safety practices on shopfloor.
- Improve the productivity / OEE of all the critical machines in the shop.
- Encourage people to follow the directives, procedures and systems.
- Implement the procedural requirements of QMS.
- Ensure discipline is maintained in the shop.
- Ensure systematic feedback to all operators & technologists.
- Maintain sufficient inventory of all the spares & consumables required.
- Carry out Performance evaluation of Technologists & other operators. 14. Maintain High Level Of Cleanliness in the plant.
- Maintain records and documents.
- Manpower management
- Awareness of ISO 28000/SCSMS. 18. Awareness of ISO 9001 and IATF.
- Develop the team and work with cross functional team
- Implement the procedural requirements of 5S system. 21. All production process checks proper or not. 22. Implement the procedural requirements of EHS. 23. Focus on his KPI.
- Phishing mail awareness.
- Working on SAP as per role and assigned activity..
Qualifications
Bachelor's/ Master degree in Plastic Processing, Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Engineering,
