Key Accountabilities And Requirements
- Develop and implement effective operational risk management strategies and frameworks to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks across the organization
- Collaborate with various business units and functions to ensure consistent application of operational risk management practices
- Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations to senior management on operational risk mitigation and control measures
- Oversee the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans and ensure the organization's resilience in the event of disruptions
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the organization on operational risk management best practices
- Participate in the development and enhancement of operational risk policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational risk management framework and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management, with a strong understanding of risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation techniques
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans and strategies
- Proficient in data analysis, risk modeling, and reporting to support decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to operational risk management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
