The opportunity : Senior Associate-National-SaT-SaT - TCF - Valuation, Model & Econom - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Perform market research and analysis

Prepare and update Financial models for various real estate classes

Must be well versed with different valuation methodologies used, such as DCF, Comparable methodology, cost approach etc.

Must have a strong hold on the real estate market dynamics for various real estate classes

Should be well versed with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.

Strong communication skills. Should be fluent in English.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

CA or MBA

Experience

Has atleast 1 to 3 years of experience in Valuation for Real Estate Sector
