Colliers is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Consultant Real Estate Advisory Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing and overseeing client assignments, supporting business development initiatives, and delivering strategic insights to help clients achieve their objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.

Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the delivery of client assignments with high quality and timeliness.
- Represent Colliers Advisory in client presentations and business development (BD) pitches.
- Ensure clear understanding of client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Develop business models and financial projections based on market dynamics and client requirements.
- Articulate and present reports/deliverables effectively to clients.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support business development initiatives and assist in collections.
- Undertake research into industry sectors, markets, and competitors using both secondary sources and primary interactions.
- Build knowledge of key players in the real estate industry (investment and development side).
- Stay updated on regulatory frameworks impacting real estate businesses.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Economics,Finance, Real Estate,Architecture or related field
- Experience: 24 years in consulting & advisory (non-transaction).
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Familiarity with financial modeling,feasibility studies,market assessments,Highest & Best Use (HBU) Analysis and valuation techniques.
- Strong research and report-writing abilities.
