About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our growing Public Health Advisory team. The Senior Associate will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services across a range of public health areas, including health systems strengthening, disease control, monitoring and evaluation, digital health, CSR and program evaluation. This role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of public health principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of public health advisory projects, including conducting research, data analysis, developing recommendations, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project budgets.
- Able to communicate effectively with senior govt officials as well as community representatives to collect data relevant to the project
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using relevant software and tools.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for public health programs.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on current public health trends, policies, and best practices.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Epidemiology, Health Economics, Health Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in public health consulting, research, or program implementation.
- Strong understanding of public health principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, using software such as Excel, Stata, R, SPSS etc.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
- Experience in business development and proposal writing is an advantage.
