Responsibilities
The Senior Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting Product Managers as part of a product management team. They lead the discovery sessions, maintaining product health and operations metrics, and aiding in insights gathering. They support a highly complex product or family of products; gaining exposure and building relationships with key product disciplines. While building the skills required to operate as an independent product manager, they contribute to an efficient and effective product practice. They demonstrate curiosity, open-mindedness, and motivation to gain exposure and experience in all phases of the product lifecycle.
They are responsible for supporting the delivery and agile practices at the scrum team level. They support the discovery, definition, construction, implementation, maintenance of products and project initiatives with the purpose of ensuring improvements in the experience of our customers. They also support communication and proactively facilitate coordination with other teams/products as needed.
Qualifications
Over 6+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end product management experience with a good blend of product analyst cum product owner experience.
