Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Product Data Management!
In this role, Responsible for gathering disparate data files from various sources, analyzing and normalizing them to ensure quality, and processing for uploading into master data management or related software. Provides guidance and analysis on processed data on missing data standards, process improvement and automation opportunities including improvements to data collection forms.
.Responsibilities
Create, Maintain and update product information in ERPs and MDM systems to support business goals.
.Manage workflow and intake requests through UI for product data updates and integration.
.Manage the full lifecycle of product data-including intake, creation, maintenance, and discontinuation-across multiple MDM, PIM, and ERP systems, ensuring strict adherence to data governance standards and quality controls
.As a Master Data Specialist, you are responsible for monitoring data quality (e.g., via dedicated data quality tools)
.You identify data quality improvements opportunities and align their implementation with the responsible teams
.You ensure accuracy and adhere to metrics/KPIs / ensure data quality for deliverable is met and all metrics adhered
.Execute day to day Master data management activities
.Ensure master data integrity between modules & systems at efficient quality and accuracy, Coordinate, Analyse and facilitate resolution of issue
. Propose opportunities for improvement of Master Data Quality

Minimum Qualifications
.Experience - Relevant Experience
.Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Experience:
.Proficient in MS Excel and tools used for vendor/product data management
.Master data management experience
.Experience in construction equipment distribution sales retail operations, or supply chain (inventory/product management)
. Experience with Semarchy (MDM tool) and Oracle ERP
.Familiarity with vendor onboarding portals (e.g., Syndigo)
.Omnichannel experience - ability to understand omnichannel business requirements and translate into actionable product data needs.
.A high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a results and customer-oriented style of working describe you
.You possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility
.Team player with strong analytical, cooperation and communication skills
.Enjoyment working in a dynamic team
.Very good English language skill
. Flexible with Night Shift
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
.Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
.Experience with Oracle ERP for data loading, extraction, and audit reporting
.Familiarity with Semarchy MDM, More4Apps, and workflow management
. Knowledge and experience with vendor portals (e.g., Syndigo), PIM
.Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
.Excellent communication and collaboration skills
.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
.Forward-thinking and adaptable mindset
.Process and technical Documentation experience, Continuous improvement opportunities identification
