Required Work Experience

Key Performance Indicators:
Prepare daily cash reporting for active private equity secondaries funds. Involving collating data from administrators, banking providers, and internal forecasts and using internal data visualization tool to refresh and review the report.
Reconcile movements in capacity, loan balances and forecast capacity to prior day reporting. Adjust manual forecast data for new deals and other uncertain cash flows based on the latest information
Review cash management proposals from administrators for internal cash movements within the fund structures, and instruct them to make any additional cash movements as required
Review short term forecast for each fund and vehicle to formulate proposal for near term cash management including loan drawdowns/repayments, Money Market Fund subscriptions/redemptions, and FX trades
Liaise with fund owners within the Treasury team to review and agree proposals
Prepare loan instructions and FX instructions to send to administrators and other 3rd party service providers
Close collaboration with the treasury team, including daily meeting on cash management topics to discuss what's happened in the day, what to consider for next few days, and medium-term investor cash flow planning
Required Competencies:

Understanding of PCAP and quarterly preparing PCAP
Ability to work hands-on, delving into projects with a strong attention to detail and emphasis on producing a high-quality work product.
