About The/Nudge
The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.
Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs including 17 Forbes 30U30, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, 1 Time Magazine cover and more.

At The/Nudge, You Will
- Own Data Systems & Processes: Build, maintain, and continuously improve robust systems to meet data requirements across all programs. You will ensure data integrity and seamless flow.
- Drive Real-Time Reporting: Act as the bridge between internal teams, gathering critical information consistently to ensure donor reporting is accurate and delivered on a near real-time basis.
- Embed Workflows: Work closely with program teams to integrate data collection systems into their daily workflows, making data entry a natural part of the program execution.
- Champion Donor Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to amplify donor visibility through innovative social media content, posts, and other platform engagements.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Support the development of high-quality reports, presentations, and success stories. You will partner with Communications to turn raw data into evidence-backed impact stories.
- Facilitate Impactful Engagements: Coordinate meaningful partner touchpoints, including field visits, volunteering initiatives, and leadership participation opportunities.
- Become a Program Expert: Develop a deep, nuanced understanding of our programs to represent them effectively and identify new opportunities for impact reporting.
Apply If You Have
- The Right Experience: 35 years of professional experience, ideally in roles involving program management, partnerships, or data-driven operations.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and a knack for using tools to automate or streamline reporting processes.
- Operational Rigor: A strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch and ensure they are adopted by others.
- Communication Flair: Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into engaging content for donors and social media.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: The ability to work cross-functionally and manage up or manage across to get the data and information needed on time.
- Detail Orientation: An eagle eye for detail, ensuring that every donor report or social media post is of the highest quality and accuracy.
- Mission Alignment: A deep-seated desire to work in the social impact space and a high degree of ownership and agility.
