Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Associate role based in New Delhi/NCR. The Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting strategic objectives and decision-making processes for pharmaceutical clients. Key tasks include research, data analysis, development of actionable recommendations, and assisting in project execution. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience in research and data analysis
• Proficiency in decision-making processes, strategic planning, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
• Experience with consulting, secondary research & analysis, or pharmaceutical strategies required. Experience with Biosimilars or GLP-1 products will be a major advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Lifesciences and Advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related fields required
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative on-site work environment
• Proficiency in industry-specific software or tools is a plus
