Senior Technical Support Associate

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support Voice Process
• Strong customer service orientation and technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle technical queries related to hardware, software, or network issues
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if applicable)
• Proficiency in using support tools like remote desktop, ticketing systems, etc. (preferred)
• Educational Qualification: Any graduate (technical background preferred)
