Senior Associate Marketing

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead – B2B Growth & SaaS Marketing who can build and execute marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should combine strong B2B marketing fundamentals with experience in lead generation, SaaS or marketing for Ad Agency, content planning, paid media, sales enablement, and cross-functional execution. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS company, technology business, or marketing agency.
• Prior experience in SaaS or agency B2B marketing is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in generating qualified leads and contributing to sales pipeline.
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Experience in content strategy, case-study creation, campaign planning, and sales enablement.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to create high-quality business and sales decks.
• Ability to write clear creative briefs and evaluate content and creative output.
• Good understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and funnel reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable decisions.
• Experience managing junior team members and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, project-management, and ownership skills.
