Senior Associate, Growth Marketing

INDmoney is building India's leading global investing and personal finance platform — helping users invest in Indian stocks, US stocks, mutual funds, and more, all in one place.

We're looking for Senior Associate, Growth Marketing to join our performance marketing pod. This is a hands-on execution and analytics role — you'll own paid campaigns end-to-end across channels, read the data behind every rupee spent, and turn that into decisions that move real acquisition and activation numbers.

The role sits at the intersection of campaign execution and data — you'll need both. If you're someone who can optimize a campaign in-platform in the morning and diagnose a CAC shift in a spreadsheet in the afternoon, this is built for you.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, and others to drive new user acquisition and activation
• Own and monitor key metrics daily — CAC, conversion rates, activation, ARPU/CAC — and drive them through data-led decisions
• Analyze campaign data at the ad set and creative level to identify what to scale, what to pause, and where spend is leaking
• Coordinate with the creative team on refresh cycles — brief new creatives based on performance signals, not gut feel
• Run structured experiments on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies; document learnings systematically
• Build simple reports and trackers to monitor campaign health and surface deviations early
• Contribute directly to team-level discussions on channel strategy and budget allocation

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience — in-house at a startup/consumer internet company, or agency-side with direct campaign ownership (not just coordination)
• Strong comfort with numbers — you should be able to explain a CAC funnel, interpret ROAS vs activation trade-offs, and work through campaign data in Excel without hand-holding
• Genuine understanding of how paid channels work — Meta Ads, Google Ads, and equivalent platforms — including audience logic, bidding strategies, funnel signals, and creative fatigue
• High ownership mindset — comfortable making independent calls on campaign-level decisions, not just executing instructions
• UG from a good college with a strong analytical bent — engineering, economics, commerce, or equivalent
• Bonus: experience in fintech, consumer internet, or any high-frequency digital acquisition business
