• Contribute to the operational goals of the organization through a fully integrated and effective database management and report analysis for the consultants and doctors.
• Clinical Consultant Contracts Preparation & Renewals
• New Joinees formalities of Consultants and junior doctors.
• Recruitment of Junior Doctors. Conduct appraisal for doctors.
• Exit Management of Junior Doctors.
• MIS and related reports pertaining to consultants and junior doctors.
• Maintenance of recruitment database.
• Offer letter issue to candidate (clinical) and clarifying salary and benefits relating to the role.
• Staying connected with the doctors and assisting them when there is a need.
