Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales and business growth across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in surgical, ICU, and critical care product sales, along with expertise in institutional business, key account management, and GeM/tender processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and revenue growth across Karnataka.
- Manage and expand business in hospitals, ICUs, and critical care segments.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, intensivists, procurement teams, and hospital management.
- Handle key accounts and institutional customers including corporate and government hospitals.
- Manage GeM portal, tenders, and institutional procurement processes.
- Develop and manage distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct product demos, clinical discussions, and customer engagement activities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in medical device / surgical / ICU / critical care sales.
- Strong exposure to hospital sales and institutional business.
- Knowledge of GeM portal, tenders, and documentation processes.
- Experience in key account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to manage Karnataka territory independently.
