Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Logistics Coordination

Responsibilities

  • Analyze logistics performance metrics including transit time, on-time delivery, and site readiness.

  • Track logistics exceptions and support data-backed escalation mechanisms.

  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for logistics and site delivery performance.

  • Analyze shipment and delivery data to provide real-time visibility of equipment movement from storage locations to project sites.

  • Develop and maintain logistics dashboards and tracking tools to monitor shipment milestones, carrier performance, and site delivery adherence.

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation between procurement systems, logistics tracking tools, and project management platforms to ensure data accuracy.

  • Generate predictive insights to identify potential shipment delays, delivery risks, or site readiness constraints.

  • Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations for delivery prioritization and shipment optimization.

  • Maintain and update shipment tracking databases by integrating data from multiple sources including storage providers, carriers, and internal systems.

  • Monitor purchase order shipment data and perform analytics on actual vs planned delivery performance.

  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities in logistics workflows using data analysis and reporting techniques.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize logistics reporting metrics and enhance data governance.

  • Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive tracking activities suitable for RPA, workflow tools, or AI-based monitoring

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering (preferred)

  • Certification in Supply Chain / Logistics Analytics (preferred but optional)

  • Exposure to ERP or project tracking platforms (SAP, Oracle, Procore, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

Technical Skills

  • Delivery scheduling and route planning analysis

  • Freight and transit performance monitoring

  • Logistics cost and delay variance tracking

  • Shipment milestone reporting and dashboarding

Functional Skills

  • Carrier coordination and delivery compliance tracking

  • Transit lead time and delay root cause analysis

  • Documentation validation (BOL, shipping documents, etc.)

Behavioral Skills

  • Strong coordination skills

  • Time-critical decision making

  • Risk escalation management

Analytics & Tools

  • Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)

  • Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

  • ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Procore / Similar)

  • Basic SQL or data querying (good to have)

  • Process automation exposure (Power Automate / RPA - optional advantage)

Domain Knowledge

  • Supply chain lifecycle understanding

  • Procurement to Pay awareness

  • Documentation compliance and audit controls

  • SLA / KPI driven delivery model

  • Data-driven decision making
