Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing of financial and non-financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirements
  • Identify and resolve problems within defined procedures
  • Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail for retrieval
  • Work on initiatives and ad-hoc requirements as per business needs
  • Independently handle tasks and be a good team player
  • Identify process gaps and troubleshoot issues
  • Support, guide, and train other team members
  • Understand and handle complex queries
  • Strong domain knowledge and understanding of TA business
  • Prepare and review SOPs and process flow charts
  • Identify and implement various process controls
  • Provide innovative ideas for process enhancements
  • Understand regulatory and audit requirements and ensure compliance
  • Prioritize multiple tasks using effective time management skills

Qualification and Experience

  • Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce is desired
  • 510 years of relevant experience
