Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing of Financial & Non-Financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirement
  • Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures
  • Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval
  • Expected to work on initiatives/Ad-hoc requirements as per business needs
  • Should be able to work independently but also need to be a good team player.
  • Should be able to identify process gaps & need to work as a trouble shoot
  • Ability to support, guide & train other team members
  • Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries
  • Strong domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA business.es
  • Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts
  • Able to identify & implement various process control
  • Provide innovative ideas for process enhancements
  • Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills.

Qualification and Experience

  • Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required
  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce is desires
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
