Job Description:

• Process financial and non-financial transactions in internal systems in accordance with regulatory and client requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate archiving of investor and client documents with a complete audit trail
• Handle ad-hoc initiatives and operational requirements as per business needs
• Troubleshoot process gaps and provide solutions proactively
• Guide, support, and train junior team members
• Resolve complex investor and client queries with strong domain knowledge
• Understand the end-to-end TA (Transfer Agency) business and its cross-functional impacts
• Prepare and review SOPs and process flow documentation
• Identify and implement effective process controls
• Suggest and drive process enhancement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
• Prioritize tasks using effective time management
• Operate effectively in a 24x7 shift environment

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce preferred
• 510 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency processing
• Mandatory experience in Transfer Agency operations
