Senior Associate-IT

• Implement/deploy (manual or automated) and support release changes adherent to the change management process
• Act as the point of contact for business/applications to complete infrastructure requirements within deadlines
• Ensure approved deployment schedules are met with no defects
• Provide pre- and post-deployment support to release managers
• Monitor system health and take corrective action to ensure SLA compliance
• Work collaboratively in a team to meet deployment requirements
• Drive all technical and functional issues toward closure
• Coordinate with multiple infrastructure teams to fulfill application infrastructure needs
• Support segregation projects by coordinating with interdependent teams
• Provide regular infrastructure improvement suggestions to application teams

Other Assignments:

• Work extra/off hours when required
• Participate in other infrastructure-related duties such as monitoring, server support, meetings, outage calls, and project leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product/Technical Support (L2), especially supporting Microsoft technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent with relevant experience

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in application infrastructure projects (especially .NET-based applications)
• Proficient in IIS
• Solid knowledge in Windows Server Administration (preferred: 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Good knowledge in SQL Database Administration (SQL 2017+) and basic SQL development
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow)
• Familiar with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Grafana, etc.
• Working experience in Azure (Azure admin certification is a plus)
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Basic understanding of infrastructure, operations, networking, and DevOps
• Experience with DevOps tools like Octopus is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing (Azure preferred)
