Deliver high-quality infrastructure support under 24x7 monitoring of all infrastructure components
Possess strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Understand project and business requirements quickly and accurately
Communicate effectively across international teams using tools like ticketing systems, phone, chat, and email
Provide basic Windows administration and monitoring of business-critical applications like VMware, NetApp, Citrix, VPN
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Work with IIS, ASP.NET, and other MS applications for troubleshooting
Collaborate during incident troubleshooting and bridge calls
Escalate issues appropriately and involve support or infrastructure teams when required
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement monitoring needs
Monitor and manage events using tools like Site24x7, SolarWinds
Adapt quickly to new monitoring platforms and tools
Provide remote IT end-user support using remote tools
Manage users and devices using Intune and Azure AD
Demonstrate basic networking skills including routers, switches, LAN/WAN
Knowledge of SNMP monitoring, performance counters, and thresholds
Create dashboards and reports on availability, capacity, and performance
Use scripting and automation skills (optional but preferred)
Certification in ITIL Foundation V3 or Microsoft (optional)
Willingness to work in shifts and support global teams
