This Opportunity

Reporting to the Investor Relations Manager, you will help oversee and review work performed by Analysts and Senior Analysts and provide important client coverage in the Eastern or Atlantic time zone. Responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively review and assist in overseeing the daily workflow of the Investor Relations team with a view to ensuring service level deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring adherence to controls and procedures at all times
  • Assist with client reviews, including:
  • reviewing transaction documentation
  • logging deficiencies for outstanding investor information
  • following up with investors on missing information
  • Respond to internal queries and ensure that escalations are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Implementation to onboard new and conversion clients as effectively as possible
  • Support Client Solutions with specific client requests and escalations
  • Assist with contract note reviews and queries
  • Assist clients/auditors in addressing reporting requests and queries
  • Act as back-up to the Ireland team during annual leave or absence
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

A Little Bit About You

  • You have 4-5 years experience in a financial services environment, and ideally a background in investor relations or transfer agency
  • You have a strong understanding of hedge funds and the fund administration industry,
  • You are known for your superior communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and internal colleagues
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have an aptitude for learning new technology
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you pay attention to the details
  • You display initiative tempered with understanding when escalation is required
