Role Overview

We are seeking Senior Associate Investor Relations (36 years) to drive client acquisition and strengthen investor relationships. The role involves building new connections with HNIs, family offices, and institutions, while ensuring existing clients receive consistent updates, reports, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client engagement, including handling investor communications and portfolio-related queries, while also driving the full client acquisition cycle by engaging with prospective clients who have shown interest in Qode's services addressing their requirements, communicating the value proposition, and ensuring successful deal closure.Prepare and deliver investor reports and presentations.
  • Support client acquisition efforts through pitches, meetings, and campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM systems for accurate lead and client tracking.
  • Coordinate with PR/branding agencies and support events, conferences, and networking.
  • Research competitor trends, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely investor communication.

Requirements

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/Finance preferred).
  • 36 years experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is an advantage.
