***URGENT HIRING FOR A SENIOR ASSOCIATE - INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN***

Role: Senior Associate - Instructional Design for Sales Excellence and Learning & Development

Experience: Minimum 2 years and Maximum 3 years of experience as a Associate / Intern - ID

Requirement: Immediate joiner will be preferred

Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru (On-Site)

Primary Skills Required:-

* Hands-on experience in tools such as Canva, Vyond, Articulate Storyline, or similar platforms (Adobe captivate, Adobe creative Suite)

* Basic knowledge of content creation using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) and Bloom's taxonomy

* Ability to work on SCORM-compliant courses

* Proven experience in managing eLearning projects

* Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

* Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Hindi and English. Multilingual (Tamil, Telugu & Kannada) would be an added advantage

* Must have experience in Instructional Design (Non Technical).

* Minimum 2 years and Maximum 3 years of experience as a Associate / Intern - ID. More than 4 years experience kindly do not apply
