Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate Influencer Marketing to manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands and categories. This role involves influencer sourcing, coordination, campaign execution, client servicing, and internal stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high execution quality.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from brief receipt to final reporting.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable influencer strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal Planning, Pricing, and Operations teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Create detailed campaign trackers, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Ensure timely content delivery, approvals, posting, and reporting.

Influencer Coordination
  • Source and shortlist relevant creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on campaign requirements.
  • Brief influencers on campaign deliverables, content guidelines, timelines, and brand expectations.
  • Manage negotiations in coordination with Pricing teams and ensure influencers are blocked at approved rates.
  • Track deliverables and follow up with influencers to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Handle influencer payments by coordinating with finance and ensuring documentation is complete.

Client Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients for day-to-day campaign updates.
  • Share regular progress reports, influencer lists, and content previews with clients.
  • Manage feedback loops between clients and influencers.
  • Address client queries and resolve execution-related issues promptly.

Content Review & Quality Control
  • Review influencer content for brand alignment and guideline compliance before submission to clients.
  • Ensure mandatory hashtags, disclosures, CTAs, and talking points are included.
  • Maintain content quality standards across campaigns.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare post-campaign reports including performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and share insights for future optimization.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign learnings and best practices.

Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Planning & Strategy, Pricing, and Creative teams.
  • Share execution feasibility inputs during proposal stages.
  • Support junior associates and interns when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 14 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing agencies.
  • Proven experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
