About the Role
The Senior Associate Influencer Marketing will play a key role in planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing creators, clients, and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed seamlesslyfrom ideation to deliverywhile maintaining high-quality output and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Analyze brand briefs to identify campaign objectives, TG, platform distribution, and creator strategy.
- Research trends, platform updates, and content formats to propose creative ideas.
- Prepare influencer recommendations, strategy decks, and content direction aligned with brand messaging.
- Evaluate creator profiles for relevance, audience quality, brand safety, and historical performance.
2. Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Scout and shortlist creators across Instagram, YouTube, Moj, ShareChat, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong network of influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
- Conduct outreach, share briefs, negotiate costing, and confirm deliverables with creators.
- Maintain updated creator databases with performance insights and cost benchmarks.
3. End-to-End Campaign Execution
- Communicate briefs, talking points, dos & don'ts, campaign guidelines, and brand expectations clearly to creators.
- Ensure timely content submissions, approvals, and revisions as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for briefing, asset sharing, and tracking deliverables.
- Conduct quality checks on creator content to ensure brand alignment, compliance, and accuracy.
- Ensure all posts go live as per timelines with correct tags, captions, and platform requirements.
4. Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day campaign updates.
- Provide regular and structured communication through WhatsApp/Email/Calls.
- Share creator lists, content drafts, live links, and campaign trackers proactively.
- Understand client needs thoroughly and deliver outputs aligned with their expectations.
- Address escalations or concerns with professionalism and prompt responses.
5. Campaign Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
- Track real-time campaign performance metricsviews, engagement, shares, reach, etc.
- Maintain and update detailed campaign performance trackers.
- Coordinate with the analytics team to generate post-campaign reports.
- Derive insights, successes, and learnings for future improvements.
- Optimize creator selection and strategy based on performance history.
