Key Responsibilities:
HRMS Management
- Oversee the HRMS system (Workday, SAP, Zing), ensuring accurate employee data management
- Promote effective use of HRMS across the organization
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, from offer initiation to pre-onboarding formalities
- Maintain and update candidate records in HRMS
Payroll & Benefits
- Handle payroll processing, full and final settlements, and manage PF, gratuity, and other benefits
- Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and payroll
Employee Relations
- Address and resolve employee queries and grievances with discretion
- Support day-to-day people management challenges and sensitive HR issues
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain employee master database and generate HR reports, MIS, and organizational charts
- Analyze HR data to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvements
HR Initiatives & Engagement
- Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to implement HR initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate company events and employee engagement programs
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
