HR Business Advisors works closely with HRBA People Leaders to support/assist them in talent lifecycle interventions /projects, independently lead projects/change mgmt interventions and play the key role of Strategic Business Partner positively to impact the Organizational performance. HRBAs provide guidance and expertise in key areas -employee life cycle plan hire to retire process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, Assist, Support Talent, employee engagement, team & organization effectiveness, and handle project / initiatives centrally being part of Agile HRBA project team.
  • Work with COE's to develop business solutions /policy /process changes with the BIC benchmarking
  • Drive talent management initiatives with Senior HRBA, , including performance management, talent life cycle process
  • Support the execution of People actions working with Senior HRBA's
  • Advise and support People Leaders on employee relations matters when needed
  • Refer Employees and People Leaders to Shared services for the appropriate delivery model channel to get employee inquiries resolved
  • Support and guide leaders through organizational change initiatives, including restructures and cultural transformations central projects
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics to business leaders, offering insights and recommendations.

Qualifications


Education and skills -

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 5 + years of progressive HRBP experience
  • Experience of working with regional/global teams
  • Energetic, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is determined to achieve outstanding results
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of business operations, strategy, and financials.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, adapting to AI and industry trends.
