Job Purpose

This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting our clients to develop results-driven strategies which includes financial spreading and modeling, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research
• Assisting our clients with detailed financial spreading and writing tear sheets (company description, industry overview/outlook) including market sizing, investment research, valuation (using DCF, trading comps, transactions comps), M&A and LBO models
• Benchmarking companies on various financial and operating parameters (KPIs) to understand industry growth and profitability
• Trading and Transaction comparable analysis; financial statements/ analysis, experience in credit research, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc.
• Interacting with very senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations

Key Competencies:

• 2-6 years of experience in quantitative analysis including financial spreading and modelling, trading comps, transactions comps, benchmarking, company profiling, capital structure, debt analysis etc.
• CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA, M.Com from a top tier business school
• Experience on key databases (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Merger Market, Debtwire, Factiva, etc.)
• Should have proficiency in MS-office (mainly in Excel, PPTs and Word)
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with strong leadership, client relationship and project management skills, analytical, communication and teamwork skills
