Senior Associate- Financial Accounting

Key Deliverables:

• Reconcile General Ledger with Sub-ledgers and perform period-end close activities
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal controls and risk methodology
• Track accounting issues and suggest solutions to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support internal and external audit processes with timely data and documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions with adherence to accounting standards and timelines
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve system or process issues
• Maintain accurate financial trackers and ensure compliance with Tesco policies
• Coach new team members and contribute to overall process improvements
