At Knowcraft Analytics, we are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Due Diligence (FD) Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with US-based clients on buy-side and sell-side engagements, analyze complex financial data, and deliver impactful insights that drive decision-making in high-value transactions. Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Education: ACCA Affiliates, ACCA Members, CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1-2 years in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory services. Strong understanding of technical accounting (US GAAP/IFRS) and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the review and analysis of financial statements, accounting records, and other financial documents to assess the financial health of target companies. Support the team in identifying key financial risks and opportunities during the due diligence process. Help in the preparation of financial due diligence reports, including identifying areas for improvement and potential red flags. Assist with financial modeling, including the preparation of forecasts, pro forma statements, and other financial analyses. Collect, organize, and summarize financial data from target companies. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. Assist with the preparation of client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity of findings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational groups to gather necessary information for due diligence. Support the team in managing project timelines and deliverables.
