About the role
This role will own the end-to-end revenue strategy and execution for a defined Line of Business (LOB) / program portfolio. This role is accountable for delivering revenue and enrolment targets by leading large-scale B2C inside sales teams and driving operational excellence, sales effectiveness, and customer conversion outcomes.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for scaling high-performance sales teams, strengthening pipeline conversion, and aligning closely with Marketing, Product, and Revenue leadership to accelerate business growth.
