Role Description: Mid. Tech Program Manager - SAP

• 
  Lead and manage end-to-end SAP and IT project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• .Actively contribute to business process consulting by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving implementation strategies
• .Guide cross-functional teams on project execution, governance, processes, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• .Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and operational teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• .Drive full-cycle SAP implementations across multiple modules and business units, ensuring integration and scalability
• .Oversee SDLC processes and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• .Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to optimize and redesign workflows for improved operational efficiency
• .Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track program success and performance
• .Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations to keep projects on track
• .Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• .Coordinate global project teams across different geographies and ensure smooth collaboration and communication
• .Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite for tracking and reporting
• .Support proposal development, client training, and internal capability building initiatives

  Strong experience in Technical Program Management or IT Project Management within an SAP environmen
• t.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA modules, particularly in Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chai
• n.Solid understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, configurations, and best practices in manufacturing/logistics domain
• s.Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate effectively with development team
• s.Experience managing complex SAP programs using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologie
• s.Expertise in measuring program success through business impact analysis, ROI evaluation, and strategic alignmen
• t.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity PPM, or similar platform
• s.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skill
• s.Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environment
