The Senior Associate will execute big data analytics visualization and AI for audits key risk indicators projects and also build automation solutions.
Responsibilities
The Senior Associate supports the Data Analytics team by proposing relevant analytics procedures and tools executing the analytics and also developing visualization outputs for audits key risk indicators and IA initiatives.
The Individuals Responsibilities Include
- Understanding audit or project objectives and assisting in preparing the analytics execution plan and timelines.
- Working with Corporate Functions/Business Units/IA teams for gathering requirements for KRI projects.
- Working with IA audit teams to understand the analytics requirements for audit engagements.
- Independently build pilot or prototype determine appropriate visual tool and design the views to meet project objectives.
- Execute AI and Gen AI projects to achieve process efficiencies.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of internal audit.
- Taking an active role in developing and driving Internal Audit Data Analytics quality coaching audit team members on analytics tools and knowledge sharing to enhance the value provided to Internal Audit stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely and accurate time tracking.
- Continuously focusing on self-development by attending trainings seminars and acquiring relevant certifications.
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or Business Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
- Basic understanding of financial processes (Accounts payable, Payroll, Travel and expenses etc.) would be preferred
- Proficient on data management tools for example, Access/Excel, VBA, ACL, IDEA, SQL, SPSS, R, Python etc.
- Certifications in Visualization tools like Qlik View, Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Team person, keen learner, motivated.
