Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience in Cucumber Selenium Manual Testing and Automated Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and a keen eye for detail. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases for various applications.
- Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Cucumber and Selenium.
- Provide expertise in manual testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability.
- Monitor and report on test execution progress and results.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality.
- Mentor junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
- Ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Cucumber and Selenium for automated testing.
- Demonstrate expertise in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Have a solid understanding of automated testing frameworks.
- Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software testing solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
