We're Hiring: Academic Mentor / BDA
Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Work Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM | 6 Days a Week (Rotational Sunday Off)

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Academic Mentors / BDA for our MAT program. As a counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for parents and studentsguiding them, addressing queries, and converting leads into admissions for our skill-building courses focused on Maths and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads via calls and convert them into paid customers.
- Understand student learning needs and conduct product demos and counselling sessions.
- Counsel parents on course structure, learning outcomes, and student benefits.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and closures in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream; MBA is a plus.
- 03 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, or tele-counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to understand student needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational off.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
