Job Description

  • The successful applicant will report directly to the Practice Head and the Founding Partner.
  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners and be responsible for end to end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations
  • Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive and informed advice to clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Law Graduate with 4-8 years of post qualification experience in the Law Firm space
  • Experience in leading Corporate transactions end-to-end for clients across sectors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
