Senior Associate Content Marketing

Role Overview:

Own Urban Company's day-to-day social presence (IG-first; also YouTube Shorts). Your north star: based on Urban Company's brand definition, make the handle feel relevant and shareable for our core TG, through relatable, platform-native content that grows followers, saves, and meaningful engagement.

What you'll do

: Own the calendar: Plan and publish a monthly reels-first content slate tied to brand & business goal

s Idea machine: Conceive & turn the best ideas into scripts and assets

. Produce scrappy & great: Script shoot edit publish fast; maintain on-brand visual

s Humanise the brand: Spotlight UC partners and customers with empathetic storytelling; convert real life into compelling storie

s Creator collabs: Source and brief micro creators; manage whitelisting/usage; co-create watch-worthy reels

. Cross-team handshake: Repurpose top social content into ads with performance marketing; feed learnings back into new concepts

. Listen & iterate: Track saves/shares, double-down on winners
